WAYS TO STOP THINKING DEEP

It's a golden rule to think before you speak, but you can run into trouble when you think so much that you fail to act, or think yourself into a state of uncontrollable anxiety. Are you looking for a way to stop thinking too much?

                                           

                                        A..Letting Go of Your Thoughts

Accept that you're thinking too much. Just like eating, thinking is something we need to do to survive, so it is sometimes hard to judge when you are doing too much of it. However, there are several red flags that you are doing too much thinking for your own good. Here are a few of them:
  • Are you consumed by the same thought over and over again? Are you not making progress by thinking about this particular thing? If so, this may be a sign that you should move on.
  • Have you analyzed the same situation from a million angles? If you've found too many ways to look at something before you decide how to act, you may be being counterproductive.
  • Have you enlisted the help of your twenty closest friends in thinking about a particular thing? If so, then it's time to realize that you can only ask for so many opinions about the same idea before you drive yourself insane.
  • Are people constantly telling you to stop over-thinking things? Do people tease you for brooding, being a philosopher, or staring out of rainy windows all the time? If so, they may have a point.

Meditate. If you feel like you don't know how to stop thinking, you need to learn what it's like to "let go" of your thoughts, so that it's something you can do deliberately.[1] Imagine that thinking is like breathing; you do it all the time, without even realizing it. But if you need to, you can hold your breath. Meditating will help you learn how to release your thoughts.
  • Just spending 15-20 minutes meditating every morning can make a dramatic impact on your ability to stay in the present and let go of all of your nagging thoughts.
  • You can also meditate at night to help yourself wind down.

Exercise. Running or even walking vigorously can help you take your mind off of all of those annoying thoughts and to focus on your body. Participating in something particularly active, like power yoga, martial arts or beach volleyball, will have you so focused on your body that you won't have time for your thoughts. Here are some great things to try:
  • Join a circuit gym. Having to switch to a new machine every minute when you hear that bell ring will keep you from getting lost in your thoughts.
  • Go hiking. Being around nature and seeing the beauty and stillness around you will keep you more focused on the present moment.
  • Go swimming. Swimming is such a physical activity that it's even harder to swim and think.

Say your ideas out loud. Once you've said everything aloud, even if you're talking to yourself, you've begun the process of letting go. Walk around and pace if you have to. Once you've put your ideas out there, you've begun the process of putting them out into the world and out of your thoughts.
  • You can say them aloud to yourself, your cat, or to a trusted friend.

Ask for advice. You may have exhausted your own thinking power, but someone else might be able to offer a different perspective that makes the decision clearer. This can help let go of your troubling thoughts. Your friend can make you feel better, can ease your problems, and can also make you realize when you're spending way too much time thinking.
  • Besides, if you're hanging out with a friend, you're not just thinking, right? That's something.

Mzee Nelson Mandela maarufu kama Mzee Madiba amefariki akiwa na umri wa miaka 95 Mungu ailaze mahala pema peponi mzee nelson mandela amiin.

CREATE THE PEACE OF MIND

There was a time when I thought peace was a destination, in much the same way I imagined I’d eventually arrive at happiness or success.
It seemed like something I needed to chase or find—definitely not something I could experience without dramatically changing my life.
I needed to work less, relax more, and generally revamp my circumstances and relationships in order to be a peaceful person.
Despite seeing peace as an endpoint, I also saw it as something passive—after all, that’s why I was so stressed: I had so much to do.
I’ve since realized that peace is always available, and like any desirable state of mind, it requires effort, even if that effort entails consciously choosing to be still.
Sure, our circumstances affect our mental state, but they don’t have to control them, not if we make tiny choices for our well-being.
Admittedly, it’s not easy to choose peace when we’re going through tough times. I still go through periods when I get caught up in worries and stresses, and it can feel like that’s the only available response to things that have happened.
But it’s not. There are countless things we can do to create peace of mind—both in response to events in our lives, and proactively, everyday.
If you’d also like to develop a greater sense of peace, you may find these suggestions helpful:

                       

Meditation

1. Take 5-10 minutes for a simple seated meditation.
2. Take 100 deep breaths, counting “and one,” “and two,” and so on, with “and” on the inhalations and the numbers on the exhalations.
3. Take a meditative walk, focusing solely on the physical sensations of walking—the earth under your feet, the swing of your hips.
4. Find a guided meditation on YouTube and let it lull you into a blissful state of presence.
5. Practice alternate nostril breathing. Hold the left nostril down and inhale through the right; then hold the breath. Release the left nostril, hold the right one down, and exhale through the left. Now start on the left with an inhalation, exhaling on the right. This is one set. Do up to five of them.

Communication

6. Write down everything that’s weighing you down mentally and then burn it as a form of letting go.
7. Write down everything you’ve learned from a difficult experience so you can see it as something useful and empowering instead of something to stress you out.
8. Tell someone how their actions affected you instead of holding it in and building resentment.
9. Call someone you’ve denied forgiveness and tell them you forgive them.
10. Apologize for a mistake instead of rehashing it, and then choose to forgive yourself.

                       

Creativity

11. Engage in a little art therapy; grab some crayons, markers, or paint and put all your feelings on the page.
12. Create a peace collage. Include images that make you feel relaxed and at ease. (Google “peace collage” and you’ll get lots of ideas!)
13. Meditate on your favorite peace quote and then write it in calligraphy for framing.
14. Take a walk with the sole intention of photographing beautiful things that make you feel at peace, like a tree with colorful autumn leaves.
15. Write a blog post about what gives you peace of mind. (This has been a calming experience for me!)

Activity

16. Get up and dance to your favorite song, focusing solely on the music and the movement. Get into your body and get out of your head!
17. Take a long walk on the beach, focusing on the feel of the sand between your toes and the sound of the crashing waves. Cliché, but highly effective!
18. Go for a bike ride in a scenic part of town, and immerse yourself in the calm of your environment.
19. Take 5−10 minutes for stretching, syncing your breath with the movements (or if you have an hour, visit a local studio for a yoga class).
20. Declutter a cluttered part of your home, creating a more peaceful space.

HATIMAYE kitendawili cha nani atanyakua taji la Redd’s Miss Tanzania 2013 kimeteguliwa usiku huu na mrembo Happiness Watimanywa kutoka Mkoa wa Dodoma na Kanda ya Kati kufanikiwa kutawazwa Mshindi wa taji hilo na kuwashinda warembo wengine 29 waiokuwa wakiwania taji hilo.
Nyota ya Happiness ilionekana dhahiri kung’aa vyema katika fainali hizo mwaka huu tangu pale alipofanikiwa kutwaa taji la Miss Tanzania Photogenic 2013 na kuwa mrembo wa kwanza kuingia nusu fainali.

JE WAJUA MADHARA YA MITANDAO YA KIJAMII?

                     
Kiukweli kabisa pasipo kumeng'enya maneno, nchi zinazoendelea hususani nchi yetu ya Tanzania, muingiliano wa mitandao ya kijamii imeleta changamoto nyingi sana.

                           
Waangalie vijana wetu wenye miaka kuanzia 15-24 uone namna gani wameathirika na matumizi ya mitandao ya kijamii. Lakini pia waangalie baadhi ya vijana hasa wa kiume walivyokosa ustaarabu kwa kutumia mitandao ya kijamii kutongoza watoto wa kike! Sikatai, mnapokutana ndo mwanzo wa mambo mengine, lakini inapofikia wakati mtu kazi yake leo anamtongoza huyu, kesho karukia kwa yule tayari hapo tunakuhesabu wewe ni limbukeni wa maisha ya mtandaoni na maisha ya kawaida. Ifike wakati vijana hawa watambue kuwa mitandao ya kijamii ina staha yake.
                             
Watu wanasadiki kwamba pamoja na kuwasaidia watu kuwasiliana kwenye mitandao ya kijamii lakini pia inawapa watu nafasi ya kuwa na uzoefu katika matumizi ya kompyuta, simu, tablets n.k. Lakini pia watu wanasadiki pia matumizi ya mitandao ya kijamii inawafanya watoto kuwaweka mikononi mwa manyang'au pasipo kupenda, unaongeza nafasi ya kompyuta kushambuliwa kirahisi na virusi, lakini pia inapunguza sana utendaji wa kazi maofisini. Fikiria jinsi siku hizi wafanyakazi maofisini ni kwa kiwango gani wanatumia muda wao kwenye mitandao ya kijamii. Mtu yuko radhi aache kufanya kazi za ofisi zinazomlipa mshahara na kumfanya aishi mjini, anaendelea kuchati kwenye mitandao ya kijamii. Hii ndiyo teknolojia yetu. 
                                                    
Mwaka 2009 kwenye uchaguzi wa Iran, kulikuwa na uasi mkubwa katika nchi hii ambao nyuma ya pazia nchi ya marekani kwa ushirikiano mzuri sana na twitter waliendesha zoezi la uasi huu. Mapinduzi mbali mbali ambayo yametokea kwenye nchi mbali mbali miaka ya hivi karibuni imechangiwa sana na mitandao ya kijamii.
                         
Uchaguzi wa urais nchini marekani mwaka 2008 jamii ya kimarekani ilikuwa kwenye mitandao ya kijamii kwa kiwango kikubwa na hivyo kusaidia kufanya kampeni za uchaguzi kwa kasi kubwa sana. Kwa mfano, mgombea (wakati huo) Baraka Obama alikuwa na wafuasi kwenye facebook 2,379,102. Takwimu za Juni, 2012 inaonyesha Obama ana mashabiki 27,107,496 duniani kote kwenye mtandao wa facebook tu.
                         
Inasadikika kuwa Urusi ni nchi pekee duniani ambayo watu wake wanatumia muda mwingi sana mitandaoni kuliko nchi yoyote duniani ikiwa na wastani wa saa 6.6 kwa mwezi ukilinganisha na wastani wa kawaida wa dunia nzima ambao ni saa 3.7! Kwa hiyo kuna jamii kubwa sana ambayo inatumia mitandao ya kijamii kwa shughuli mbali mbali. Jamii forum kwa mfano ni mtandao ambao umekuwa ukikutanisha watanzania wengi sana katika masuala ya kijamii. Mtandao huu una idadi ya wanachama 80,867 (Takwimu za Juni 25, 2012) waliosajiriwa na mamilioni ya watu ambao hawajasaliri lakini wanautembelea mtandao huu kila siku. Kama kuna jambo lolote Tanzania limetokea kimbilia Jamii forum utaona mambo yake. Kwa hiyo mitandao hii ya kijamii kuna jamii kubwa sana imo huu mitandao ikikutana pamoja kwa ajiri ya mambo mbali mbali ya kijamii. Toleo lijalo nitaongea kwa upana na marefu kuhusu faida na hasara na kukamilisha makala hii ya athari za mitandao ya kijamii katika maisha ya watu.

1. WASANII hawa tunawaita kioo cha jamii pia wanamchango mkubwa sana katika kuipeleka tanzania mbele kuitangaza na kujulikana zaidi. wasanii ni watu ambao wako tofauti hata kimuonekano kwenye jamii. watu wengi hupenda kuwaiga na hupenda kuwa kama wao hasa vijana. lakini pindi msanii akiwa na skendo za ajabu na kujidhalilisha basi na vijana na kizazi kijacho atafanya mambo hayo pasi na kujali na huona ni kawaida.


2.WANASIASA. hawa pia ni watu muhimu ambao huendesha nchi kwa kufuata sheria ya nchi na katiba pindi mwanasiasa akivunja sheria na kutochukuliwa hatua basi wananchi hasa wa hali ya chini huwa hawana amani na kupoteza uaminifu na vurugu.
                                       

                                               
  Kama hivi vitu vitatumika ipasavyo basi tanzania yenye amani na maadili itapatikana na kujenga picha nzuri ndani na nje ya nchi yetu.
